Anil Kumar

Under his leadership the company has seen tremendous growth and has come to be known for organizational agility in recruitment, training, relationship management and delivery. Anil guides the company in its processes and functioning through his chant of “think local and act global”.

Before venturing out to create Quinnox, Anil was a part of the executive management at a leading publicly traded company. He was a key player in transforming that organization from a small, privately held, regional company to a publicly held global one.

Anil is also a co-founder of Fieldglass - which has created the InSite software for workforce planning, labor management, and services procurement.

Anil graduated from Punjab University, India and then pursued a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, India, specializing in Human Resources.

Amit Nagar
CSO

Amit Nagar heads the Sales activities for the company and owns the operational responsibilities for retail and manufacturing. He is also responsible for global client acquisition while enhancing the core client intimacy factor.

As part of the founding members’ team, Amit has been instrumental in re-branding and recreating the Quinnox strategy. He has focused on client relationships to enhance the quality of engagements and create multi-level relationships. He has helped recreate the Customer Relationship Model, moving away from purely transactional projects to getting turnkey businesses. He aggressively pushed for the outsourcing business, which now forms the core of Quinnox.

Amit worked at Syntel for 12 years, before Quinnox, starting as a programmer and then moving to outsourcing and sales.

Amit has a Masters in Economics and a Masters in Management Studies from BITS (Birla Institute of Technology and Science), Pilani. He graduated with an Executive MBA from the University of Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill.

Ashoke Dutt
President – Strategic Planning and Business Transformation

Ashoke Dutt previously headed Quinnox's BFS practice. Ashoke has over 23 years of experience in the global financial services space including corporate and consumer banking. He was formerly Executive Vice President – Marketing at Discover Financial Services, the largest independent credit card network in the US. Ashoke spent three years at Morgan Stanley as Executive Vice President - International before moving on to Discover Financial Services, the credit services business unit of Morgan Stanley.

Prior to his stint at Morgan Stanley, Ashoke spent 20 years at Citibank, where he has held various senior positions in Europe, Asia and the US. Ashoke holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from the Northeastern University, Boston and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Calcutta.

Vijay Talele
Sr. Vice President - Service Delivery

Vijay Talele heads the Global Service Delivery at Quinnox. In this role, Vijay manages the service delivery for all the business verticals like Retail, Manufacturing, Banking & Financial services. He is also responsible for Pre-sales function, Process and Quality function, Internal applications group, and IT Infrastructure group.

Vijay has over 25 years of experience spanning various roles in Delivery and Delivery support functions. In his last assignment, at Kale Consultants Ltd., as their Executive Vice President, he managed the software development team and was responsible for Customer Engagement, Presales Support, Implementation & Solutions Development. He also led the Product engineering team and was managing the P&L of the software division. Prior to Kale Consultants, he worked with Cybertech Systems & Software Ltd. as an Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer and had long stints at Silverline Technologies Ltd. and Tata Consultancy Services.

Vijay has done his M.Tech. from IIT Mumbai & B.E (Mechanical) from VJTI Mumbai.

Ms. Uma Balakrishnan
Chief Financial Officer

Uma provides leadership to the Finance & Accounts function at Quinnox and focuses on evolving the strategic business plans from a financial perspective.

She has 24 yrs of Finance experience having handled various facets of Finance & Accounting, Business & Financial Restructuring, M&As, Financial Planning & Control, Strategic Planning & Budgeting, Process Improvements and Financial & Operations Management. She has a track record of streamlining and turning around existing operations, facilitating & executing new initiatives and projects.

Her last assignment was with Hindustan Construction Company Ltd as Vice President – Group Finance & Strategic Planning. Uma has earlier worked with Crompton Greaves Limited and Jabil Circuit India Pvt. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Jabil Inc.)

Ninan George
Executive Vice President – Human Capital Management
